YARD WASTE DISPOSAL POLICY
The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Park Plazas Community Services Association (“PPCSA” or the “Association”) adopts this disposal fee policy to offset the costs incurred by the Association for removing and disposing of refuse, building materials, yard waste, discarded items (e.g., pots, furniture), and other debris improperly stored on Common Areas near residences. This fee supports the Association’s efforts to maintain the integrity, safety, accessibility, and aesthetic quality of the Common Areas, thereby preserving the overall enjoyment of the community.
This statement serves as public notice to PPCSA lot owners and residents that (i) items in the Common Areas will be removed by PPCSA at the owner’s expense and (ii) all fees will be added to the lot owner’s account and remain in effect until payment is received in full.
